If you only visit the site

We don’t use cookies, we don’t measure visits and there are no forms. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address to show you the site and protect it from attacks, based on our legitimate interest in running it securely.

If you message us or buy from us

• What data: your name, phone number, shipping address, what you order and the payment details.
• What for: to reply, prepare and ship your order, and issue the invoice.
• Legal basis: the steps you ask for before a contract, and the contract itself. For the invoice, also a legal obligation.
• How long: while the conversation or order lasts, and then for as long as needed to handle the guarantee (3 years). We keep invoices for as long as tax and commercial law require, up to six years.
• If you don’t give them to us: we need them to handle your order; without them we can’t ship it or invoice it.

Who else sees your data

• The carrier that delivers the order.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us on WhatsApp.
• Google (Gmail), if you email us.
• PayPal or your bank, depending on how you pay.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site.
• The Spanish Tax Agency and, if we have one, our accountant, to meet our tax obligations.

Meta, Google, PayPal and Cloudflare may process data in the United States. They do so under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict its processing, or to give it to you in a portable format, on WhatsApp or by email. If you think we haven’t handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
