Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need an app?
No. Holding a phone to the plate shows a notification that opens your Google review page. For the QR code, the camera is enough.
Does it work with every phone?
Almost every phone. iPhone XR, XS and later, and Android phones with NFC turned on, read it when held close. Others can scan the QR code with the camera.
How do I activate it?
Hold your phone to the plate, sign in with Google or your email, enter the code from the activation card, and paste the review link from your Google Business Profile. We show you where to find it. The activation pages are in Spanish.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. From your dashboard at nfctags.panotstudio.app you change the link for all your plates at once.
Are there fees or a minimum term?
No. You pay for the plate once and use it forever, with no extra costs: activation, the redirect to your reviews and the dashboard are included.
How long does delivery take?
3–5 working days after payment. Custom plates take the time we give you in the quote.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
Yes, but it counts as an export and may involve customs and import taxes (IGIC in the Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla). Message us and we'll give you the price before you order.
Can I return it?
If you're buying as a consumer, yes: you have 14 days from receiving it, unless it's custom-made. See the terms of sale.
I've lost the activation card
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the plate and we'll help you activate it.
Can I offer something in exchange for reviews?
No. Google doesn't allow discounts or gifts for reviews, or asking only happy customers to leave one. The plate invites everyone equally.
